You may not use Nomadic Solutions services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or high-risk activity. You are responsible for content, files, email, users, and activity connected to your website, domain, or account.
2. Prohibited Content and Activity
Prohibited activity includes malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, botnets, denial-of-service activity, illegal content, harassment, threats, hateful or abusive activity, exploitation of minors, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, privacy violations, deceptive impersonation, and attempts to access systems without permission.
3. Email Rules
Email services may not be used for spam, purchased lists, deceptive headers, phishing, malware, harassment, or high-volume bulk sending. Commercial email must follow applicable law, include accurate sender information, and honor unsubscribe or stop-contact requests where required.
4. Resource Use
Hosting and email plans have practical limits. You may not use services in a way that harms performance, storage, deliverability, reputation, security, or reliability for others. Nomadic Solutions may require cleanup, upgrades, throttling, suspension, or removal of material that creates risk.
5. Security
You must keep passwords and account access secure. If you suspect a compromised mailbox, website, domain, or account, contact Nomadic Solutions promptly. Compromised services may be suspended or restricted while the issue is reviewed.
6. Copyright and Takedown Requests
If Nomadic Solutions receives a copyright, trademark, abuse, or legal complaint about hosted content, the content or service may be removed, disabled, or suspended while the issue is reviewed. You are responsible for resolving claims related to content you provide or publish.
7. Enforcement
Nomadic Solutions may remove content, disable email, suspend hosting, refuse support, terminate services, or report activity to providers or authorities when needed to protect users, systems, third-party providers, or the public.
